Yoga at Parrot Cay is an integral part of living, and it shows. The five day yoga retreats held at Turks and Caicos generally involve five hours of practice a day. Can only say WOW! These retreats are really amazing. Parrot caye for me.

They both look so amazing! Such a tough call but I have to say, for me, my vote goes to Cotton House for best luxury yoga retreat. While both obviously offer complete luxury, Cotton House tips the boat for me due to its private island location, and it feels so exclusive that it only happens twice a year for 16 people each time – I would love to be a part of that! I would feel like a new person after 6 days here!

What a hard decision. Cotton House for me, although Parrot Caye is also an excellent choice.

I’d be happy attending either TBH!

They both seem amazing and worthy winners, however I would probably go with Cotton House – purely because it’s the Carribbean and I’d love to visit there.
