In this modern world we live in, we are dealing with constant stress from societal and professional pressures.  A majority of our health problems are rooted in mental and emotional stress. It is not easy to sit silently and meditate with a lot of tension in the body and mind. We have to adapt our modern day meditation practices to be more effective for our current lives. In ancient days, life was more simple and natural. There was no necessity for catharsis (purification through purging action). In the body there are many blockages and unless we heal them actively, sitting silently will not be effective. So first we need to move our body through the breath, dancing and mindful exercises, such as yoga asana’s. Acknowledging our current life style conditions, Osho introduced active meditations in which you can move your body freely to be able to surrender our mental and emotional baggage and relax. Osho made these meditation techniques more interesting, by combining the practice with meditative music. Once you know the techniques, you can practice by yourself without depending on a specific teacher. You can experience positive results faster than any other method around the world.

What does holistic health mean?

Man can be divided, just for this explanation, into three parts: the body, the mind, the soul. If all the three are perfectly in tune and there is a well-being in all the three, it become one well-being of the total organism – from the physical, psychological, to the spiritual. Than it is holistic health. The whole of your being has to be healthy.

Accommodation:  We provide accommodation in a single occupant room with every basic perk. We also have more luxurious accommodation with air-conditioned rooms. A fair extra fee can be added for the accommodation of your choice. Contact us for more information regarding accommodation.

Food: We provide delicious vegetarian meals prepared with love and care. We offer a sattvic (balanced) and healthy cuisine incorporating contemporary and traditional, using mainly local and organic ingredients. Brunch and dinner daily are included in your package.

Yoga & Pranayama classes: The Yoga sessions will be a balanced combination of poses and a sustained increase awareness of posture. We focus how to become aware of the body, breathing, and movement patterns. It’s a  non-competitive practice focused on body sensations and breathing with awareness. You can start practising Yoga at any phase of your life, regardless your age, health challenges or flexibility.

Active Meditations: Through structured activity and movement such as chaotic breathing, catharsis, expression, laughter, crying, shaking, jumping, dance, or gibberish Active Meditation helps to first release stress, rebalance the mind and purify the body of the many layers of repressed thought forms and emotions accumulated in the body and energy. Active Meditations are jet-speed methods that have helped even the busiest minds to experience silent gaps of inner peace quickly and effortlessly.

Ayurvedic massage sessions:  Ayurveda is a traditional form of massage that utilizes herbs and special oils to help release stress and tension in the body. After a Ayurvedic massage, you will feel calm, relaxed and energized.

Ayurvedic consultation with Ayurveda doctor: Finding out your Dosha (body constitution) will optimize your health and help find the balance and harmony in your being. Diagnosis according to Ayurveda is not merely knowing about what is wrong in the body but is to find out the root cause of this. Stress is a main factor for many modern illness, here we get to know how to best adapt to a hectic life style and yet remain calm.
